UB40 2017 tour @ Eventim Apollo , Hammersmith, London
December 7, 2017Being part of THTC’s media production team, I get to go to a lot of really lovely shows. On December 5, I got to attend and capture UB40 give a spellbinding performance at the Eventim Apollo, London (formerly known as the Hammersmith Apollo). The band have been supporters of THTC since early 2016.Playing to a packed out house, UB40 took us down a wonderful historical journey through British-born reggae music, playing lesser-known classics from their vast collection, to the favourites of ‘Red Red Wine’ and of course, ‘Kingston Town’.
